~ Hamburger Rice Cassarole ~

You'll need:
1 lb. hamburger
1 lrg onion, chopped/diced
1 lrg bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes

Mix together.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.

So good! I made this last night and I added cheese. It was kind of like stuffed bell peppers. Loved it!
